A fruit and yogurt smoothie makes a delicious, healthy breakfast or afternoon snack. This one has just 3 ingredients, and you don’t even need to add ice since we’re using frozen fruit. Frozen fruit is perfect for smoothies because it’s often cheaper than fresh, and it’s readily available all year round. Serves 2 Ingredients: 1 (6 oz.) nonfat coconut vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Dannon) 1 (6 oz.) nonfat vanilla yogurt (I used Dannon) 1 ½ cups of frozen pineapple ¼ cup of water Directions: 1. In a blender or food processor, blend the two cups of yogurt, frozen pineapple, and water until smooth. **You could substitute the water with nonfat milk, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla almond milk, soy milk, or cashew milk if desired. Keep refrigerated! This smoothie will stay good for 24-48 hours if kept cold, or freeze for up to 1 month.
