Easy Turkey Salisbury Steaks made with ground turkey and a packet of brown gravy mix for a simple 30 minute meal. All you'll need to make this dinner even better is to serve it with a side of mashed potatoes. Yum. Ingredients: 1 lb. lean ground turkey 1 pkg. brown gravy mix (I used McCormick Gravy Mix) 1 cup cold water Rachel’s Burger Seasoning: 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ½ tsp. dried oregano ¼ tsp. dried basil ¼ tsp. paprika ¼ tsp. garlic powder ¼ tsp. onion powder ¼ tsp. black pepper Pinch of cayenne pepper McCormick Grill Mates Low-Sodium Montreal Steak Seasoning Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray. 2. Combine the ground turkey with all of the burger seasonings, except for the Montreal Steak seasoning. Form the meat into oval-shaped patties, and then sprinkle some Montreal Steak seasoning onto both sides of the patties. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip the patties over and bake for another 10 minutes, or until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. 3. Whisk the gravy mix with the cold water in a large skillet and bring to a boil. 4. Lower the heat, add the cooked turkey steaks to the gravy, put a lid on, and simmer for 10 minutes, flipping the steaks over after 5 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes, or whatever sides you like!
