Chicken breasts, potatoes, and fresh green beans - make your entire dinner right in the slow cooker! Ingredients: 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast ½ tsp. black pepper ½ tsp. garlic powder ½ tsp. paprika ½ tsp. dried oregano ¼ tsp. onion powder 2 large Idaho, russet, or red skin potatoes, cut into 1 ½ inch pieces ½ lb. fresh green beans, ends trimmed 1 packet of ranch seasoning ½ cup fat-free low sodium chicken broth Directions: 1. Coat the inside of a 6 qt. crockpot with cooking spray. 2. Season both sides of the chicken with black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme. 3. Place the potatoes and chicken into the crockpot, and sprinkle on the ranch seasoning; toss to coat. 4. Add the chicken broth, cover with the lid, and cook on LOW for 5 hours. Add the green beans to the crockpot during the last 1 ½ hours of cooking.
