Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are a great substitution for buffalo wings! I think it’s always nice to have a light appetizer to offer guests, especially if there are a lot of other high-calorie foods being served. Make this for game day, a casual gathering, or a weeknight dinner - it’s the perfect anytime-appetizer. Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower 1/3 cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce Garlic powder and freshly ground black pepper, to taste Serve with: Light Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing, Baby Carrots, and Celery Sticks Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat well with cooking spray. 2. Cut the cauliflower into florets, and place them into a large bowl. Add the buffalo sauce, and toss to coat. 3. Spread the florets out onto the baking sheet, and season with some garlic powder and freshly ground black pepper. Bake for 23-25 minutes. Serve with light ranch or blue cheese dressing (or both), baby carrots, and celery sticks.
