Throw everything together in the crockpot, and a few hours later you've got fork-tender beef in a creamy golden mushroom sauce ready to eat. Ingredients: 1 lb. beef stew cubes, seasoned with black pepper and paprika 1 medium onion, sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 (10 oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup 3 oz. Neufchatel cream cheese Directions: 1. Coat the bottom and sides of a 4 qt. (or larger) crockpot with cooking spray. Pour the golden mushroom soup into the crockpot, then add the onions, garlic, seasoned beef, and cream cheese. Cover with the lid and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours, or on LOW for 6-8 hours. 2. Stir everything together, and serve. This beef pairs well with cooked pasta, such as egg noodles, fettuccini or spaghetti.
