Makes 4 servings Ingredients 1 pound asparagus spears Cooking spray 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar Directions 1. Preheat the oven or toaster oven to 400°. 2. Snap/cut off the tough ends of the asparagus. 3. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet; coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
